CARTER SCHULTE
Technician
Carter joined the J&D team in 2023. He comes from a logging and maintenance background and has three years of tire and chassis experience with both cars and trucks. He is the chassis, drivetrain, and alignment technician. He continues to provide excellent vehicle service and inspection work and many other maintenance repairs for us.
DUSTIN RIGLER
Technician / Tow Truck Driver
Dustin joined the J&D team in 2021. Dustin graduated from Helena College of Technology in diesel mechanics in 2022. He is also a certified light- and heavy-Duty tow truck driver. Dustin’s warm smile and sincere demeanor helps to build reassurance and trust with the customers.
GARY HANSON
Technician
Gary joined the J&D team 2021. With over 30 years of mechanic experience. He is very knowledgeable about both gas and diesel, and he works a lot in component-changing and troubleshooting. Gary's always in a good mood and ready to get whatever job he is assigned to done and on its way.
MATT ROEDER
Operations manager/ Tow Truck Driver
Matt joined the J&D team in 2019; Matt brings a lot of service truck and shop floor experience with him. He is also an ITEC certified tow operator and transport driver. Matt is now the operations manager; He keeps the shop and techs lined out and the flow of work moving.
TYE HARRINGTON
Owner
Tye joined the J&D team in 2007; Tye brings a lot of experience with him. He started in the service bay and then took over the alignment rack. Over the years Tye moved up into the office side of things but now Tye is the proud owner of J&D.
WILL ELMOSE
Shop Foreman
Will joined the J&D team in 2001. Will is the shop foreman and our certified Axle Surgeon. He oversees the activities in the shop and if there's a difficulty, especially an electrical issue, Will is the go-to. His years of experience and knowledge make him a very valuable asset to the other employees as well as the business. Will can take care of any axle problems in western Montana.
DOUG HOYER
Parts Manager
Doug joined the J&D team in 2025. As the parts manager with 38 years of experience in the industry. Doug’s extensive knowledge, dedication and commitment to customer service help he ensures the right parts are available to keep customers on the road.
LOGAN WEIDMAN
Bookkeeper
Logan joined the J&D team in 2026. Logan manages the financial records and day-day accounting operations. With strong attention to detail and organization, Logan helps keep the business running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.
JULIE KITTLE
Service Writer
Julie joined the J&D team in 2025. Juie is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, coordinating repairs and tows. She ensures clear communication between customers and technicians. Julie takes pride in helping keep customers’ vehicles on the road safely and efficiently with friendly, reliable service.
TOM
Transport / Tow Truck Driver
Tom started with J&D in 1989 as a truck service technician. Today, he is a transport driver and heavy tow truck operator. Tom is likely the driver to come out to pick up your broken vehicle/motorhome to haul or tow it. You'll like Tom - he always has a smile and a happy disposition.
CADYN HUBER
Technician
Caydn joined the J&D team in 2025. Only 21years old, Caydn brings 4 years of hands-on experience in the industry. He is highly skilled, hardworking and committed to delivering quality repairs and dependable service to the shop and every customer.
